The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Children rates

• Children up to and including 5 years old can stay for free.
• Children from 6 years old to 11 years old can stay for VND 100000.00 per child per night

People 12 years old and over stay for VND 350000.00 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
